Hey guys. I wanted to get your opinion on how music has changed through the years and what sow of your favorite music is now. Thanks for the Responses!
I think music has degenerated throughout the years. The genius of Classical, Baroque, Romantic, and 21st Century composers cannot be matched anymore. There is a reason why great pieces of Bach have lasted from the 1600s til now, unlike pop songs such as Baby by Justin Bieber, which has already been considered extremely old and outdated even though it was only released in 2010, 5 years ago. The current pop music and rap music industry needs to redeem itself before it can be taken seriously. For now, the classics are so much better than unoriginal, mass-produced, auto-tuned, and extremely edited pop songs.
I believe that there is still talent in music today, but I think musicians used to be a lot more talented. Now with autotune, anyone can have a music career. It used to be that only talented musicians could have a music career.
